BBC reports - Demands made in the most popular public petitions could become the basis of new laws, the government has said.
Leader of the Commons Sir George Young said petitions which attracted at least 100,000 signatures could trigger debates and votes by MPs and peers.
Government bills should also go through a "public reading stage" as they progress through Parliament, giving voters greater scrutiny, he said.
Questions:
1. Why if this new popular law making is to be put in place, does the government not seek to ask the people if they find existing laws popular. e.g. The law which banned smokers from smoking in public houses and being treated as criminals by the insane and thoughtless twats who banned the freedom of people to do this without being harangued by liberal minded hippies who snort cocaine and sit on their fat arses in wine bars, whilst laughing at the mugs who made their jobs possible with all the freaking taxes we pay when we buy a packet of fags.
2. Ask the people if they think it acceptable to jail illegal immigrants instead of shipping them back home, and whilst they are at it, ask those who are unemployed as a result of illegal immigrants having apparently swam 30 miles across the English Channel, whether they would like to see the people who employ and make a business out of this to be JAILED instead.
3. Dump the Human Rights Act and amend the European Laws that no one voted for and instead plant English Law back into England because this is England and not a freaking sub-region of an unelected, undemocratic, unwanted and unnecessary freaking superstate which no one had a clue was happening until it happened!
4. Make a law which jails criminals like the MP's who stole our money, and the MP's who made off with taxpayers money when they bailed the criminals out who lost THEIR money on stinking capitalist deals in the financial markets.
5. Jail bankers just for being bankers and because I think it would be a popular thing to do.
6. Make a law which forbids a government from making racist laws against its own people by creating laws which place ethnics, black, gay and Muslim people before the British people who they should of asked in the first place and who would clearly have said NO.
7. Make a law which makes it illegal for a political party to connive with another party to form a government when neither government hold a majority to govern.
8. Make a law which forbids an MP from gaining a seat in parliament whilst his or her constituency is under investigation for electoral fraud.
9. Make it a criminal offense for any group to make hate speeches calling individuals 'ghastly filth' and entire groups of people 'racists' when those groups simply seek equal treatment under the law in their own damn country like the black police officers association, the Muslim Council of Britain, Operation Black Vote and a myriad of other groups which are masquerading as being 'British' in our country with views that openly defy the simplest of beliefs that these groups amount to anything other than blatant 'racism' and discrimination against 'white' Britons.
